HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER? 

Simply choose your item, select your style, size and quantity from the dropdown menu on the product page (remember to refer to our sizing guides where applicable) then click the “Add to Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.  Leave the rest up to us, we will prepare your order with love and let you know when it's on it's way!  

Excited to receive your order...  We understand!
You can track your order directly on our website, simply enter your order information into the 'Track Order' page and you can nominate to receive automatic updates right to your email box... Receive too many emails, we've got you covered, choose our Messenger option...

Did you change your mind?  Want to cancel or modify your order...
After you place your order, you have 24 hours to contact our Customer Service Team (support@madissonrose.com) to request a cancellation or modification.  Our orders are custom made especially for you, so after this time we have begun to make your product and it is too late to cancel or make modification.  

I placed my order, but I have not received my confirmation email yet.
First, we recommend that you double check your spam folder.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, JBC and Diners Club cards as well as Apple pay.

When will my card be charged?
Just after your order has been successfully placed.

What is the type of currency on your store?
All orders will be processed in US dollars.

We carefully inspect your products for quality and we will reprint any flawed apparel, free of charge.  Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further details.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

When can I expect to receive my package?
Our speciality line of products are all custom made with love, just for you!  It will take us between 2-10 business days to print and make your order.  We LOVE Fast Shipping and know you do too!  This is why we offer Express Courier on the majority of our products via DHL or Fedex straight to your door.  

Please note: Some of our items in our catalogue are so popular that the shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.

US Shipping Time Estimates
Express Shipping (via FEDEX or DHL):  4-7 Days
Insured Shipping: 2-3 Weeks

Are you outside of the US?

Can I track my package?
A confirmation email/message will be sent to you upon order dispatch confirming your Tracking Number.  If you haven’t received your tracking number within 7-10 days, please contact our help support team support@madissonrose.com and we’ll be happy to assist!

Please note: 
It can take between 24-48 hours for your package to show up in the logistics tracking system.  For International orders, tracking information is available until the package leaves its country of origin. After that, there is no further tracking.

I never received my package, what should I do?
If your item has not arrived within 30 days for apparel products and 45 days for pillow covers, shoes, bedding and bags after having ordered, contact one of our Customer Service Representatives and we will do our best to help you!

How much is shipping?
Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and continue to shipping method. 
Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

International buyers! - What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or custom when my package arrives in my country?

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. 

Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped.  After they have been processed they may not be canceled.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Madisson Rose Boutique can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.  Madisson Rose Boutique will not be held responsible for customs taxes.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Our primary warehouse is in America, but most of our specialty items are located in other countries such as the United Kingdom and China.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

We are only able to ship within the United States at this time, with the exception of APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.

WHY DON'T I SEE THE SAME DEAL ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT I SEE ADVERTISED ON FACEBOOK?

Even after we stop our Facebook advertisements, those posts are still shared and liked by our fans. We can't stop this since it's the way Facebook works. 

HOW DO WE STAY SO COMPETITIVE WITH OUR PRICES?

At Madisson Rose Boutique, we custom design footwear, bags, homewares and apparel and work directly with the supplier to ensure that we are able to provide our customers with the best possible price in the marketplace.  In basic terms, we cut out the middleman and pass those savings onto you!
