If you ordered one of our specialty items, this means it is custom printed just for you, we are not responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect size issues. As a responsible buyer, you assume full risk when choosing your style and size for your new purchase. ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our Customer Service Team and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDER
We work tirelessly here at Madisson Rose Boutique to ensure that your order is processed accurately and to the highest quality standard. It is extremely rare and unlikely, but if you do receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or the incorrect product, we guarantee 100% Customer Satisfaction and will replace your item for free or provide you with a full refund on the affected item.
In this event, we ask that you write to us immediately at email@example.com referencing your order number and provide us with a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, poor quality print or the damaged item. One of our friendly Customer Service Officers will respond to you within 24 hours to have the matter resolved quickly and efficiently.
In most cases, we will replace defective items or an incorrect order simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and by including the order number.
Please make sure that:
The product was purchased in the last 60 days
The product is unwashed, unworn and unused
The product itself or the printing is defective OR the final product is different than the one you ordered
2. We will send you a secret link. That link will allow you to upload photos, an explanation, and anything else necessary to resolve whatever issue you may have.
3. We will communicate with you through the "secret link" portal which allows us to send return labels, refunds, swaps, etc.
Please, don't take advantage of small businesses. Small business is the backbone of our country.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Because of our production process, we currently do not offer refunds. Only under circumstances where we made a mistake will we consider making a refund. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. If a refund is approved, you will be issued a full refund minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
To return your product, you should email us first, we will then provide you with a returns address.
Please include in the return box your order number and the reason for the return so that the return can be properly applied to your account.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
